Return Window

You are eligible to return items within 14 business days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we are unable to process return requests.

Conditions for Returns

To be considered for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will provide you with instructions and next steps if the return request is approved.
  3. Carefully repackage the item, ensuring that all original packaging and any accessories are included.
  4. Clearly mark your return package with the Order Number provided by our team.
  5. Ship the package to the address specified by customer support.

Return Shipping Policy

  • If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  • For all other return reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes tracking and, if necessary, purchasing insurance to protect against any loss or damage during transit.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify that it meets the conditions stated above.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
